About Hallandale

Hallandale Beach's short coastline has two oceanfront parks: North City Beach Park, with a garage, a restaurant and chair rentals under the city's beach-ball water tower, and South City Beach Park, with a playground, volleyball and bocce. Lifeguards are on duty every day of the year.

It's calmer than Hollywood's Broadwalk to the north and a good choice for families who want facilities without a big-resort scene.
