About Deerfield Beach

Broward's northernmost beach is an easygoing one: a mile of guarded sand around the International Fishing Pier, volleyball courts north of the pier, and surfers on the north side. The city holds the Clean Beaches Council's Blue Wave award.

The pier charges a small fee to walk or fish, rents rods, and sells bait and snacks.
